High-season travel, holidays, and special events may have limited availability and may include surcharge fees.
The full balance must be paid before any reservation is confirmed.
All guests are required to attend a 60–120 minute travel presentation.
Guests must be U.S. or Canadian citizens, speak English, and present a valid government-issued ID.
At least one guest must have a major credit card.
Group travel is not permitted.
Any modification or cancellation request must be submitted and confirmed in writing by email at least 5 business days before check-in, no later than 2:00 PM PST.
Each package is limited to 2 modification or cancellation requests.
Packages must be used within 36 months of the purchase date.
